Chaff Short Story Competition, June 2026 – a story of mine was featured in the top 20: Chaff Short Story Competition’s top 20 published – British Comedy Guide
I was a contributing writer to Chaff Comedy Magazine issue 3, July 2025 & issue 4, December 2025.

I previously had articles published in Kettle Mag, a student journalism website, occasionally in print.
Radio
I have written episodes of an upcoming sci-fi comedy series for Minor Spillage Productions.
As a student, I managed the speech-based station Utter Radio and presented Pick Up Poetry.
I also wrote for/presented various shows on Shock Radio.
Both stations are based at the University of Salford.
I also wrote for/presented music shows on Gravity FM.
Stage
I am a member of Mercury Musical Developments, which supports new musical theatre writing in the UK, and am writing a new musical, The King’s Play.
I previously wrote and performed as part of the sketch group Twisted Capers, including a run of shows at the Manchester Fringe Festival.
Screen
As part of the sketch group, Twisted Capers, I wrote and filmed online video sketches. Check out the archive here.
I was also a writer/presenter on local TV channel, That’s Manchester, for the show ‘Student Speak‘.
Poetry
I have a dedicated site for poetry which, although not a recent focus, is still maintained for posterity! This site features the short video ‘Acid House Souls‘.
